Speeding camera's and laser devices

Speeding is the most common of all Road Traffic offences mainly due to the increase in speeding camera's on our roads over recent years. When the letter requesting driver details drops through the letterbox it is likely that you will have no idea whether you had been speeding or not because a letter has received weeks after the alleged offence has been committed. Quite often you won't even be able to remember whether or not you were actually driving the car.

You may think that because the camera and laser appears to have caught you speeding you will have to accept it.

HOWEVER in our experience there may be flaws in the Prosecution case such as speed camera's not being calibrated correctly and/or the laser device has not been operated according to the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) guidelines.

Our experience has shown that in many cases corners are cut because most of the time offence goes unchallenged.

Tim has vast experience in stopping speed camera/laser type Prosecutions. However, it is important that you do not delay and contact Tim as soon as you have this sort of problem.
